The green card is the Labourer card. The HS&E test, plus a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment or an approved alternative. Labourers usually sit the Operatives test.

For labouring work on site only. Skilled workers can be turned away from a site if they hold it.

The HS&E test, plus a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment or an approved alternative. Labourers usually sit the Operatives test. The pass must be from the last 2 years when you apply.

How long it lasts
- The first card lasts 2 years. A renewal can last 5 years.
