Report an error

If a question, an answer or a guide looks wrong, we want to know. Every report is read.

How to report

Email support@sitecardtest.co.uk with:

• The page or question (a link, or the first few words).
• What you think is wrong.
• A source if you have one, such as an HSE page.

What happens next

1. We check it against HSE guidance, the law, or CITB, depending on what it is.
2. If it's wrong, we fix it and update the "last verified" date.
3. We reply to tell you what we found, usually within 2 working days.

About your test result

We can't help with bookings, results or cards. For those, contact CITB or CSCS directly. We are an independent practice site.
