If something is wrong

If you have any problem with a practice set, such as questions that are wrong or missing, a set that won't open, or a payment that doesn't look right, email support@sitecardtest.co.uk from the address you signed in with. Tell us which exam and set, and we'll look into it and get back to you, usually within 2 working days.

This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
