Terms of use

Who we are

Site Card Test is run by a sole trader based in the UK. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller.

Email: support@sitecardtest.co.uk

What the site is

Site Card Test offers original practice questions for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test. Site Card Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by CITB, CSCS Ltd or Pearson VUE. CITB, CSCS and Pearson VUE are the names of their owners, used here only to say which test this site helps you practice.

Our questions are written by us from HSE guidance. They are not CITB's questions, and a good score here does not guarantee a pass.

Free and paid content

The free full-length practice test needs no account. Paid practice sets need an account and a one-off payment; there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. A pass gives you access to every paid set for its length, either 30 days or 12 months from purchase, and then access ends. Buying a pass again while one is running adds its days to the end of that period.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), and include any sales tax or VAT due where you live. You pay the price shown. Stripe sells your purchase to you as reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, works out and pays that tax, and handles payment questions and disputes. We never see or store your card details.

Buying a pass

1. Sign in and choose a pass on your account page.
2. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, where you can check the price before you pay.
3. Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed. The sets unlock on your account at once, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

These terms are in English only. We don't file a separate copy of your contract, but these terms stay on this page, and your receipt shows what you bought.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure. Accounts are for one person: don't share them or resell access.

Fair use

Don't copy, scrape, republish or sell our questions, or try to get around the limits on paid content. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep questions accurate and up to date, but exams change and mistakes happen. If you find an error, tell us and we'll fix it.

We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for business losses: the site is for personal study. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our liability for anything the law doesn't let us exclude.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email support@sitecardtest.co.uk. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If a change affects something you've already paid for, we'll tell you by email first.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
